Career Challenges
Round 1 will be my first race since shattering my knee in May. 2 surgery’s later, and with some awesome people who had my back, I am back stronger mentally and physically.
Pre-RACE PREPARATION
Consistent training on and off the bike. Both mentally and physically. Never start a race without a handshake with dad, whether he is taking me to the line or not! It’s a handshake dad and I created back when I was a nipper.
