Recently I was top 5 in the 2023 Australian MX championships
My goal is to do well, and make my coach and all my sponsors proud!
Going into an Australian championship a few years ago, I broke my collarbone. I was unable to ride my bike for a few weeks however I was able to train in the gym to keep my fitness level up, ensuring I was fit and ready to race the event.
I train on the bike and in the gym everyday. I ensure I eat well and look after my body inside and out. I listen podcasts of riders that I look up to. Stretch and focus at the start gate.
