Career Challenges
I have experienced lots of injuries and to overcome injuries I work alongside my physio to get back to 100% percent before I get back on bike. Over the years I have been learning from my mistakes and adjusting my technique.
Pre-RACE PREPARATION
Stretch and recover the day before and a good sleep the night before, then stretches before I get on the bike, big calming breaths on the line. Big calming breaths on the start line and a hug from dad.
